A behind-the-scenes look at the upcoming film Need For Speed has lead star Aaron Paul showing off his skills behind the wheel of a fast-paced car.

The 2014 action film is about a street racer straight out of prisoner who joins a cross-country race to get revenge on a business associate. The ex-partner learns of his plan and places a large bounty on his head at the start of the race.

The sneek peek clip starts off with a car speeding through an empty street as the words "The Road to Need For Speed" appear on the screen followed by "Driving School." Dramatic music starts to play, giving a suspenseful vibe to what's about to be seen.

Paul then gets out of the now-parked car while the cameraman tells him he looked "pretty bad-ass."

"It felt good. I'm happy I didn't hit the cones," Paul says, referring to two orange street cones in the distance. "Because the cones represent a cameraman. I never want to hit a cameraman."

There are more shots of Paul speeding the car down the street with more suspenseful music. Someone on the crew is looking at a nearly destroyed tire and says "Aaron finished this tire in less than 10 minutes." Paul then gets in the car while strapping a helmet and says "Safety first."

Paul's driving teacher, Rick Seaman, also talks about Paul's driving techniques in the clip.

"He has good driving instincts, you know, Some people are born with it, some aren't," Seaman says. "I can tell you right now, Aaron was born with it."

The clip ends with more outrageous driving and Seaman telling Paul, "Proud of you!"

Need For Speed will be in theaters March 14.
