Bruce Jenner has fueled more rumors that he wants to have his sex changed to a woman after he recently underwent a laryngeal shave procedure to flatten his Adam's apple. 

According to Radar Online, the estranged husband of Kris Jenner had an appointment at The Beverly Hills Surgical Center on Jan. 19 to undergo the procedure with well known plastic surgeon, Dr. Stephen J. Pincus. Photos were reportedly obtainted that showed Bruce with his shirt zipped up over his neck covering bandages that hid his Adam's Apple. 

"The car took him back to his Malibu home, and he was told no talking for a few days," a source said. "He was also told to stay off his feet for the rest of the day - to just take it easy and rest. But before Bruce had his Adam's apple shaved down, he talked to the doctor at length about having his penis removed next."

Earlier this month, another source told the publication that Bruce was getting the procedure done because he is "slowly letting his true self come out."

"His family has always accepted that he has a strong feminine side, but no one can comprehend how a man who's been married three times and fathered six kids could have been living a lie all these years."

Meanwhile on the season premiere of Keeping Up With The Kardashians which aired Sunday night, Bruce and Kris revealed their decision to separate to their family. 

"We both just seem to be doing better with our space. I'm not looking to get divorced or anything, but having our space is kinda nice. Why should we feel pressure from the media and public opinion to define our marriage?" Bruce told the Kardashian-Jenner clan.
