While we all know that Kanye West's proposal to Kim Kardashian turned out perfectly, the upcoming episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians revealed that several things almost went wrong.

'KUWTK' To Show Two Divorces and One Engagement

West told the family that he would fly them out to San Francisco. They didn't know why they were going but they were also not supposed to tell Kim he sent for them. Still, Kim almost found out about the secret trip when she walked in on Kourtney and Khloe talking to a family member about it on the phone.

Kourtney asked the cousin, CiCi, if she was excited. CiCi responded, "I wasn't supposed to say anything, I'm so going!"

Kourtey, CiCi and Khloe began talking about how excited they were when Kim seemingly appeared out of nowhere and asked what was going on. They quickly covered it up and said they were discussing the mom of Kourtney's boyfriend, Scott Disick.

Khloe said, "I can't believe Kim just walked through this door...That was close. Thank God Kim is completely clueless."

That wasn't the only hiccup that the family experienced on their mystery trip. Once the ladies got to San Francisco, Kim revealed that she was still in Los Angeles when she was supposed to be at dinner with West in San Francisco.

Apparently she wasn't feeling well and almost cancelled her dinner date with him.

She sent Khloe a text that read, "I feel so sick I really don't want to go. I'm trying to lay down. I'm meeting with Kanye in 30 minutes to go back to San Fran. I would really love a simple night sleeping and to be honest I can't start throwing up again to be honest."
