Oliver Queen to Battle Batman Super Villain Harley Quinn in Episode 16?

"Danielle Panabaker, who plays Caitlin, and Carlos Valdez, who plays Cisco -- two members of StarLabs who are regular parts of the cast of 'The Flash,' do make an important appearance in episode 19 of Arrow," Guggenheim said. "This was something that really came about because obviously Barry is in a coma at the end of episode 9. That pretty much made it impossible [for him] to appear in episode 19, 20, pick an episode of Arrow -- because he's got to stay in a coma until October of next year."

Guggenheim also expressed excitement at previewing these characters via Arrow.

"It's just so much fun to see these characters before," he added. "It's like previewing it -- it's like Boba Fett in the ['Star Wars'] holiday special. Hopefully episode 19 will be better than the holiday special."

The producer also revealed that the episode would be co-written by the team behind The Flash -- Geoff Johns, Andrew Kreisberg and Greg Berlanti.

The Man Under the Hood will air sometime in April.

The next episode, Suicide Squad will air on March 19 at 8 p.m. on CW.
