Is Kim Kardashian wearing her wedding dress on the latest cover of Vogue's April 2013 issue?

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians reality star is dressed in what appears to be a wedding dress, amid earlier reports that this is the same gown that she will wear on her wedding day in May.

"Quiet as it's kept, Kanye hasn't made the deal happen yet, but he wants Kim to pose on the cover in her wedding dress," a source told HollywoodLife.com in February.

Meanwhiile, Anna Wintour has come to Kim Kardashian and Kanye West' defense by clearing up rumors and explaining why she decided to put the famous couple on the cover.

Inside the magazine, the couple also shows off their baby girl North West.

Despite previous rumors that Wintour was against featuring the parents of North West on Vogue, fans were shocked when the news swirled that the couple was photographed on the April 2013 issue of the magazine. West previously argued that his fiancee should be the next cover girl, most recently when he talked to Ryan Seacrest last October.

"There's no way Kim Kardashian shouldn't be on the cover of Vogue," West told Seacrest at the time. "She's like the most intriguing woman right now. She's got Barbara Walters calling her like everyday . . . and collectively we're the most influential with clothing."

Wintour revealed that West was correct in some way, adding that Kardashian is an ''it" factor which helped motivated her decision to put her on the cover.

"There's barely a strand of the modern media that the Kardashian Wests haven't been able to master, and for good reason: Kanye is an amazing performer and cultural provocateur, while Kim, through her strength of character, has created a place for herself in the glare of the world's spotlight, and it takes real guts to do that," Wintour said.
