Supernatural's Dean Winchester has taken the black - eyes that is - and his little brother Sammy is prepared to do whatever it takes to keep hell's newest demon in line.

If Dean (Jensen Ackles) heads off on a killing spree when Supernatural returns for its tenth season, Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Castiel (Misha Collins) will not hesitate to bring Cain's replacement to a very permanent end.

"Yeah, he's a monster, I gotta kill him," Padalecki explained at Rome's fifth annual Jus In Bello Con. "Obviously I think...Sam and Cas would try to not have to kill Dean, but I think if it came down to it and he was killing some people, we couldn't really give him a free pass."

However, Padalecki also acknowledged the fact that there are other ways to reign Dean in that don't involve losing the elder Winchester brother forever.

"We'd probably chain him up...or duct tape," Padalceki said. "If he does go on a killing spree, I think a few holy water showers would do the trick."

Hopefully a bit of Dean's humanity will stick around to help him control his actions when Supernatural returns to The CW this fall.
