They have both been handed their fair share of dramas this season, and Marisol and Adrian could find solace for their problems in one another's arms on Devious Maids.

Marisol Confronts Opal on 'Devious Maids'

Adrian (Tom Irwin) has been dealing with paranoia over the rash of robberies in town, as well as his wife Evelyn's (Rebecca Wisocky) affair with the bodyguard, Tony (Dominic Adams). He's been determined to catch them in the act, but so far has not succeeded.

Meanwhile, Marisol (Ana Ortiz) has been trying to figure out her fiancé Nick's (Mark Deklin) huge secret-but has had to deal with crazy Opal (Joanna Adler) threatening to shoot her and running him over with her car in the process.

Now, after some comments Ortiz made to Zap 2 It June 29, fans could potentially see a bizarre pairing between the two characters as their love lives continue to unravel, as she has hinted that Irwin is actually an extremely attractive man.

"Tom Irwin is one of the sexiest men alive," she said. "No one knows it except when you know him. I don't know why he isn't the biggest sex symbol."

Though it is truthfully unlikely the two characters will have some sort of romantic entanglement on the show, the writers have created several surprises for fans in their attempt to keep the show more entertaining. Not only were the robberies and near-death experiences brought in to the mix, but one life was already lost-Alejandro's.

Devious Maids airs Sundays at 10 p.m. on Lifetime.
