The CW drama recommenced filming this week on July 8, and Misha Collins' angel is already looking the worse for wear. Currently shooting for episode 3, "Soul Survivor," Collins posted a photo on Thursday that shows Cas' with streaks of dried blood running down his face.

With Metatron (Curtis Armstrong) behind bars, who could Cas possibly be battling? As it turns out, not every one of Cas' winged brothers will be ready to lay down arms following last May's "Do You Believe in Miracles."

"Castiel has to pick up the pieces in the aftermath of Metatron's campaign," announced a season 10 summary from The CW. "With his grace failing and rogue angels still on the loose, Cass will face the ticking clock of his own mortality as all-new threats emerge to once again push all of our heroes to their limits."

Meanwhile, Demon Dean (Jensen Ackles) is on the loose with the Mark of Cain still firmly affixed to his arm. Will Sam (Jared Padalecki) be able to find and cure his brother while Cas continues to face his own threats?
