Cow Appreciation Day at Chick-Fil-A offers free food to anyone who comes dressed like a cow for July 13 only. Anyone dressed partially like a cow can earn a free entree.

The Chick-Fil-A website promises the free meal to those fully decked out in cow gear from "head to hoof" as the website says.

"...because the more cow you wear, the more meal you'll receive," the website claims.

The Cow Appreciate Day portion of the restaurant site even offers a downloadable kit on how to create an appropriate cow costume. The kit includes cut-out spots and other cow parts to add to your creation.

It seems Friday the 13th is a good day to offer free food. Starbucks is also offering a drink without purchase.

"This Friday, try one on us," Starbucks said in its promotion for Starbucks Refreshers, an energy fruit drink.
