While she may have some of the odder tendencies on Archer, it would seem that Judy Greer doesn't always align with her character Cheryl, but also revels in the opportunity to be absurd like that.

Speaking with Geek World Radio recently, the actress talked about seeing one fan favorite character again and some of her favorite qualities of Cheryl.

When asked if Cherlene would return, Greer responded with "yes, ish." She added that, "I would love to see [Cheryl] become a secret agent! I think she would take on anything and take on any role. I want her to just get one chance to get out on the field. She would totally ruin it, but it would be awesome and funny."

As for next season, Greer was mum on what Cheryl would be doing, but was excited for what she had recorded so far for the character.

"She seems to be fugue state, she doesn't remember Cherlene. [In an episode], she doesn't remember Cherlene," Greer said. "We go back to business as usual, but she is just back to being Cheryl. Being horrible at her job and really mean to everyone."

She also talked about having qualities of Cheryl in herself, her favorite episodes, and one aspect that she loves about the character Sterling Archer, which is his love for animals.

"I'm ashamed to say I don't have the choking [quality]. But I should say, yes there is a version of me in Cheryl, but I edit that out and she doesn't. I like that she has no filter," Greer said. "One of my favorite things about the character Archer is how much he loves animals. It is so weird. Anytime there is an animal, Archer just melts and becomes a whole different character and you're like really?"

Archer season 6 is expected back in early 2015.
