TNT's The Librarians stopped by the New York Comic Con on Friday to give fans a look at the new Dean Devlin series.

'The Librarians' Premiere Title & PHOTOS Released, First Peek At Noah Wyle & Team

A continuation of the Librarian films, the upcoming program will focus on the adventures of Flynn Carson's (Noah Wyle) latest hires. The Metropolitan Library is tasked with tracking down the world's most dangerous magical artifacts (think Excalibur), and Carson can no longer do it on his own.

To help him out, Carson will bring in Jake Stone (Christian Kane), the art history savant from Oklahoma; Ezekiel Jones (John Kim), the resident techie; Cassandra (Lindy Booth), who has synesthesia, and Eve Baird (Rebecca Romijn), who is tasked with protecting the wayward geniuses from the Serpent Brotherhood.

While the group will start their adventures in England for "And The Crown Of King Arthur," they will find themselves in humorous situations across the globe as the season continues.

"It was fun to constantly to put these characters in situations where they can be really funny," said executive producer John Rogers at NYCC, according to the Librarians TNT twitter, while Booth explained that her favorite episode "is when we go to this small town and get sucked into a fairy tale world."
