Dinah Jane Hansen, Camila Cabello, Lauren Jauregui, Normani Kordei Hamilton and Ally Brooke Hernandez gave fans some insight into their Simpsonville, South Carolina show through AwesomenessTV.

AwesomenessTV uploaded the video to their YouTube Channel Saturday and 5H tweeted about it Tuesday.

The girls gushed they had a "BLAST" in Simpsonville and told fans to check out their antics in the video.

Cabello revealed she's "really good" at basketball and even made a few shots!

"I could be a basketball player one day," she shared.

Cabello and Hansen channeled their inner Beyoncé with their hair blowing about from a fan.

Cabello also revealed how she relieves anxiety; Hansen helped her out.

Cabello tore pages from a book she was reading and tossed them into a trashcan with Hansen squirting ketchup on them.

Why did Cabello rip out pages from a book she was reading? Well, she claims it was "making her hypersensitive" and "overwhelmed."

Cabello eventually threw out the entire book. She even shouted, "And this is unhappiness cause of anxiety - No! And fear!" as she geared up to trash the book.

She and Hansen hugged afterwards and Cabello claimed, "I feel so much better now."
