Yelling, finger-pointing and insults: that's what you can expect on "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" reunion.

Why did Jacqueline Laurita tell her Twitter followers that she needed to pop a Xanax in between takes, and what made host Andy Cohen tweet, "OMFG THIS REUNION IS EPIC!!!" during the Friday, Sept. 7, taping?

The "New Jersey" cast spent nearly 13 hours in the Borgata Hotel and Casino in the same room. Since this season finale's big fight (airing Sept. 23), none of ladies have had contact with Teresa Giudice, including her brother Joe and sister-in-law Melissa Gorga.

The fallout was so bad that Jacqueline Laurita refused to appear on last season's reunion show.

However, Laurita made up for lost times: she reportedly had to be held back either by Caroline Manzo or her husband Chris this time around, Bravo.com reported, though they later removed that statement from their blog post.

And who can forget the husbands, who sometimes bring even more drama than their reality TV star wives. Brother-in-laws Joe Gorga and Joe Giudice butted heads throughout the entire season.

But could the season finale big fight have straightened things out? On Sept. 9, Melissa tweeted, "I am putting my all into the relationship with Teresa!"

In the reunion, Joe even spoke openly about his controversial phone call, fielding questions about it as he sat hand-in-hand with Teresa.

During the mentioned incident, Joe said Teresa was a "b*tch" and a "c**t" to who many speculated was "the other woman" on the end of the line.

What happened during the season finale that made this reunion so intense?

Spoiler alert! The finale, titled "Strippergate," shows Teresa at a fashion event, allegedly trying to expose Melissa as a former stripper; Guidice however, denies this is the case.

A heated ladies' room argument over the apparent makes its way out into the street, with Teresa fighting with the rest of the cast.

Evidently, rehashing this incident brought drama. Melissa said on her Twitter about the reunion, "It's like nothing you've ever seen before."
