Aaron Hernandez Arrives In Court For Opening Statements

On Tuesday, TMZ Sports reported that Jenkins has been caught lying to grand jury 29 times and persecutors think she could have helped her fiancé get rid of the alleged murder weapon.

Aaron Hernandez Receives Support From Former College Teammates

Hernandez is currently on trail for murder charges after police officials found the body of semi professional football player Odin Lloyd (his fiancée's sister's boyfriend).

Back in January, the former NFL football player arrived in court for opening statements regarding his trial and prosecutors have presented surveillance video and texts that allegedly prove that Hernandez had been feuding with the victim in the days leading to his death.

Based on their evidence, the prosecutors have concluded that Hernandez and his two friends, Carlos Ortiz and Ernest Wallace, picked Lloyd up at his home in Boston, drove him to the industrial park, and shot him to death.

Hernandez signed a $40 million contract as a tight end with the Patriots back in 2010.The athlete was arrested in June 2013 and his being charged with the murder of his friend Lloyd and is also facing charges for two other murders.

Hernandez has pleaded not guilty to the charges surrounding both cases, and he currently remains in the jail without bail.
