In the beginning of June reports surfaced that Hernandez's team of attorneys filed motions to appeal the conviction partly due to the speculation that a juror was unfairly influenced throughout the course of the trial.

That is not the only juror issue though. Multiple jurors had been dismissed from the trial as it proceeded with one of the dismissals occurring in the beginning of February.

The judge involved ruled that the juror in question, "violated numerous court orders and [has] been untruthful to the Court," according to NBC News 10 on Wednesday.

The news outlet obtained a 109-page transcript that thoroughly vets this juror situation.

Cheryle Chodkowski was dismissed on February 3 after about a 90-minute long closed-door hearing.

In the hearing it was determined that Chodkowski was discussing the case outside of the courtroom and had shown keen interest in being selected for this panel.

Her coworkers, Paul Salisbury and David Littlefield, in the transcript retell conversations they had with her in regard to the trial and even before it began while jury selection was happening.

She spoke with the news outlet off-camera outside her dog grooming business in Somerset insisting she never lied.
