He broke her heart when he admitted he cheated on her, but now, JJ (Casey Moss) will hope there is a chance he can rebuild what he had with Paige (True O'Brien) before it is too late on Days of Our Lives.

Jennifer Tries Forcing Eve To Tell Paige The Truth

The young couple's relationship was tested in many different ways when they were together, but couldn't survive the mess that came after an upset JJ slept with Paige's mother, Eve (Kassie DePaiva). After Eve tried convincing Paige to move to California for good and got caught in her lie, she and JJ slept together a second time-and his guilt caused JJ to admit he cheated-which ended things with Paige for good.

Paige never knew who he had cheated on her with, and tried figuring it out several times, unaware that JJ had been with her mom. To make matters worse, JJ and Eve continued sleeping together behind everyone's backs-until JJ's mother, Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) caught them in the act. After hearing her son out on why he had done what he did, she blackmailed Eve by telling her Paige would never learn the truth if Eve stayed out of things and allowed JJ and Paige to try and work things out on their own.

JJ Hatches A Plan To Keep His Secret From Paige

Now, knowing his secret is at least temporarily safe from being exposed to Paige, and filled with hope that he could possibly be with her once more, JJ will now go to his ex and make a case for why they should give their relationship another chance.

However, Paige has also tried moving on by asking Cole (Riley Bodenstab) out-and may decide reconciling with the guy who cheated on her isn't worth her time or effort anymore. Even if she does choose to reunite with JJ though, there is still a chance that the secret could get out, or that Eve could still come between them-as she never technically held up her end of the bargain she made with Jennifer, telling her daughter that she would be supportive if she dated JJ again. If Jennifer ever realizes Eve didn't give the young couple's relationship her blessing, she could go to Paige and spill everything.
