As reports continue to swirl in regard to the possible end of her marriage to Jeremy Calvert, the Teen Mom 2 star is leaving her husband and three children behind and heading south for a vacation.

"Nashville here we come!" Messer wrote on Twitter on Thurdsay night. "[I] need some ideas on what to do? Having a ladies night, for sure! Just dunno where to go!? Hmm.. @jerseyajs."

Word hit the web earlier this month, claiming Messer and Calvert were finally splitting after months of infidelity reports. As fans will recall, Calvert accused Messer of cheating on Twitter in October of last year. Although Calvert eventually erased the tweets, the rumors have continued, and recently, a source claimed Messer had moved out of the couple's home and into her mother's home in West Virginia with her three daughters.

"Leah and Jeremy promised each other that they would try to move on, but Jeremy can’t seem to get over the past,” an insider told In Touch Weekly on Thursday. “He’s constantly accusing Leah of things — usually cheating."

"Leah can't take the constant fighting anymore," added the insider. "She feels like her marriage to Jeremy has been one long roller-coaster ride, and she finally wants off."

Leah Messer returns to MTV for Teen Mom 2 season 6 later this year.
