Season nine of "Grey's Anatomy" is already under way and so far we know a lot about the evolving relationships between the doctors of Seattle Grace.

ABC revealed that in episode four, "I Saw Her Standing There," which airs on Oct. 25, out of consideration for Derek, Meredith will no longer talk about her surgeries to her husband anymore. Viewers already saw Derek struggle to be the hotshot surgeon he once was. In this season's premiere episode, we saw his hand go numb during a surgery. He received very bad injuries from last season's plane crash that has affected his ability to perform in the operating room.

But will Meredith's secrecy put a strain on her marriage? We already saw Derek throw a tantrum in front of Callie in the premiere episode after his hand went numb when he was trying to operate. However, Meredith and Derek are seen almost making out in their home after Zola goes to bed. Speaking about their daughter, Meredith will bring Zola to the hospital in an upcoming episode called "Beautiful Doom."

ABC released photos that show Meredith bringing her daughter Zola to the hospital with her, probably trying to judge motherhood and work, while Derek is away. The interns nicknamed Meredith "Medoza" but they might see a softer side of her around Zola and seeing her deal with the loss of her sister Lexie in upcoming episodes.

After experiencing the loss of her sister in last season's finale, Shonda Rhimes, the show's creator and executive producer, said that Meredith will be "a very different person" in season nine.

A press release for episode four revealed that "things continue to heat up between Jackson and April," however, his mother will be making an appearance at the hospital so that is bound to make things more dramatic between the couple. Richard asked Dr. Catherine Avery to help him with a complicated surgery.

Jackson and April have already rekindled their relationship. In episode three, though April kept declaring that she was "re-virginizing" herself, in the end she could not keep away from Jackson and the two were shown making out in the hospital. Will there be wedding bells soon after what viewers saw in episode three?

"He asks her if she wants to get married, not to marry him, but she does respond with a kiss, so maybe wedding bells will be ringing soon?" TV Guide revealed.

Arizona and Callie are not having the most romantic relationship, however. In episode three, Callie tries asking Arizona what her decision is about the large-summed settlement offered to the doctors that survived the plane crash. Arizona, though, basically tunes out Callie and still holds a grudge over Callie allowing her leg to be amputated. At the end of the episode, Callie has her own breakdown while trying to help Arizona into the shower.

While Ramirez has not revealed much about the future of Callie's relationship with, she did say that she hopes fans "will continue on this journey with us, because it's definitely going to be an intense one," according to Hollywood Life.

The press release for episode four also noted that "Arizona's struggle to accept her fate forces Callie and Alex to face their guilt."
