It's almost time for Tamera Mowry-Housley to have her baby.

The actress and husband Adam Housley will welcome a baby boy whose due date is Oct. 30.

Mowry-Housley told her fans how much she's ready to have the baby in the blog Mom's & Babies on People's website saying: "I can now say that I am down to the wire. I seriously feel like I have been pregnant forever. Almost 10 months to be exact!"

The actress says she's been counting down the days getting ready.

"Thirty-nine weeks in and no baby yet. 'This has now become a waiting game,' my OB told me."

Mowry-Housley is famous for her roles on shows like "Sister, Sister" and "Tia & Tamera" with her twin sister Tia.

The pregnant actress is planning on having a natural childbirth with the aid of her sister Tia Mowry-Hardict who will act as the labor and delivery coach.

In an interview with US Weekly on Oct. 18, Mowry-Hardict talked about her expectations for her sister and the amount of pain she'll go through.

"She is my sister and we can't take pain," Mowry-Hardict said, expecting her sister to change her mind about having a natural birth. "Pain and us, we just don't mix! She is trying to be brave, which is good . . . but I don't think she is going to make it."

In 2008, Tia Mowry married actor Cory Hardrict and the couple had a son born in 2011.

Mowry-Hardict posted on her blog about what she has learned from the experience. "Oh, what fun. If I have yet to learn patience, my son is in the process of teaching me now. I have learned that I am not in control and that he will decide when he comes."

The Mowry and Housley were married since May 2011.
