'Teen Mom 2' Star Jenelle Evans Turns Herself In To Police As MTV Cameras Roll

Earlier this morning, MTV gave fans their first look at the upcoming sixth season of the show, and in the short clip, Simms appears to confront Messer about her alleged addiction to prescription pills.

"I know there's a problem," Simms tells Messer, who appears to be caught off guard.

Are 'Teen Mom 2' Couple Kailyn Lowry & Javi Marroquin Headed For Divorce?

Reports regarding Messer's alleged drug use first began last year, during filming on Teen Mom 2 season five. After struggling with intense anxiety, the reality star and mother of three was prescribed medication, and took the pills while filming. However, rather than calm her anxiety, the pills made her feel "druggy," and she was seen slurring her words while speaking with Ali's doctor during an episode of the show, which aired last year.

Around the same time, Messer's ex-husband, Simms, filed for full custody of their twin girls, Ali and Aleeah, and some of their battle played out on the show.

Now, as filming continues on Teen Mom 2 season six, Messer is reportedly faced with another custody battle as Simms demands she be tested for drugs.

Adding to Messer's season six issues is her impending divorce from current husband Jeremy Calvert, who filed for divorce in November of last year after accusing her of cheating.

Teen Mom 2 season six premieres on July 9 at 10 p.m. on MTV.
