According to a new report, the Teen Mom 2 star and mother of three enterred a Utah rehab facility two weeks ago, where she is said to be receiving treatment for issues stemming from depression and stress.

"Messer, 23, has checked into rehab for a 30-day program," Us Weekly reported on Wednesday. "The reality star is in for depression and stress, not drug use. Although Messer is currently in rehab, sources have shot down reports regarding the reality star's alleged drug use. Since season 5, when fans watched as Messer admitted to feeling druggy and slurred her words, rumors have continued to swirl, alleging Messer could be hooked on prescription drugs.

"There have also been unconfirmed rumors of drug use and cheating scandals that have followed the West Virginia mother," the magazine noted. "From the looks of things, the MTV cameras have been with her throughout this ordeal, so when 'Teen Mom 2' airs there might be more insight into what Messer is going through."
