'Call Of Duty: Black Ops 2,' Zombies TRAILER, Release On Nov. 13 & Review
"Call of Duty: Black Ops 2" is set to launch on Nov. 13 for both the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 (Microsoft Windows on Nov. 18). The popular Activision game is expected to quickly break $1 billion in sales, which would easily surpass the success of the very first "Black Ops" installment put out in 2011.
Beyond the landscape of the video game, players will be able to partake in a plethora of scenarios that range from a 1986 civil war in Angola to a future 2025 combat zone in Los Angeles.
"Black Ops 2" will again give gamers the option to play in a 14-map online multiplayer mode, which has been the biggest draw for players around the world.
However, this time around players will be treated with a new feature called Zombie Mode in a segment called Tranzit. In this approach, PC World stated "players try to fend off the undead in an open-world, taking shelter in a bus that they can outfit with barricades and weapons."
Another brand-new attribute of the "CoD" game will be the "heat-mapping sniper rifle," which allows for the killing of enemies beyond walls or shields, according to the International Business Times.
To top it off, the highly popular game will also have branching storylines that are determined by player's choices and "CoD" will even has a 3D display option. "Call of Duty: Black Ops: Declassified" will also be rolled out simultaneously for the PlayStation Vita.
The immense upgrades made by Activision have led to excitement on a massive scale regarding "Black Ops 2." BBC reported that many of its U.K. fans have already gotten their hands on advanced copies. However, gaming experts weren't surprised to hear it, stating that copies could be obtained through BitTorrent sites and black markets.
