Paula Broadwell's driver's license was found by a jogger in Rock Creek Park in Washington, D.C. on Monday, according to media reports.

Broadwell's extramarital affair with former CIA Director David Petraeus led to his resignation last Friday and she is the subject of a FBI investigation for "improperly trying to access his e-mail and possibly gaining access to classified information," according to a NBC News report.

A jogger reportedly turned Broadwell's license into Maryland-National Capital Park Police, according to the Washington Post. The Park Police notified the FBI's Washington Field Office and will hold it for 90 days, reports ABC News.

So far there are no details as to when the license was lost or where exactly it was found.

News that Broadwell's North Carolina driver's license was missing were first reported by US News on November 13.

Broadwell's attorney, Robert F. Muse, confirmed to the paper that she lost her driver's license in the park.

On Monday, reporters outside Broadwell's house in North Carolina noted that the FBI searched her house and got some boxes out of it, but an FBI spokesman didn't clarify what the FBI was looking for.

Petraeus confessed to cheating on his wife Holly of 37 years with whom he has two children. He resigned from his position last Friday.

Broadwell co-wrote the biography "All In: The Education of General David Petraeus" which was released earlier this year. She is married to radiologist Scott Broadwell with whom she has two young sons.

Broadwell reportedly sent harrassing e-mails to Jill Kelley, a liaison to the military, asking her to "back off" from the disgraced CIA Director.

Kelley complained to the FBI about the harrassing emails and during an investigation, the FBI uncovered Broadwell and Petraeus' relationship.
