Honey Boo Boo can now truly be called one of the trashiest reality stars, at least in terms of art that is.

Seven-year-old Alana Thompson was turned into a piece of art when a portrait was made of her using garbage as the medium. The piece was crafted by famous mosaic portrait artist Jason Mecier, according to E! Online.

So what went into making the portrait?

It reportedly took 50 hours and around 25 pounds of garbage that included Red Bull cans, hairspray cans, toilet paper rolls, cheese balls, pigs feet, a Cabbage Patch doll, butter, coupons, tiaras, makeup and board games. The portrait also used bits of spaghetti, or as it's known to the "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" family, "sketti."

TLC's former "Toddlers & Tiara" star made a name for herself thanks to the hit "Honey Boo Boo" show with the rest of Thompson's family. Mecier joked about the project saying, "No roadkill was injured during the making of this portrait!"

Honey Boo Boo isn't the first celebrity to get the garbage treatment by Mecier. The artist has done other portraits for celebrities such as Donald Trump, Pink and Morgan Fairchild. Other works by Mecier can be seen on his online gallery.

Honey Boo Boo made news during the recent presidential election with her interview on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" on Oct. 15. Kimmel coaxed Honey Boo Boo into saying who she wanted to be the next president. She answered, "Marack Obama."

Honey Boo Boo also gave her feelings about being a reality star during an interview last month with Dr. Drew. The young beauty pageant winner feigned being asleep during the interview and when asked if she liked to be on TV she replied "No!"

When asked why she said she doesn't like her fans and the attention she gets from doing her show, Honey Boo Boo said, "My fans come up to me and I hate it!"
