Shirin Oskooi is bound to have a big target on her back heading into CBS's Survivor: Cambodia.

New 'Survivor: Cambodia' Video Showcases All 20 Players

Shirin is one of 20 players returning to play Survivor for a second time. As part of the new Survivor: Cambodia - Second Chance, Shirin was voted in by America to play the game again, for another chance to win $1 million and the title of Sole Survivor.

As anyone who watched Survivor: Worlds Apart knows, Shirin was one of the dominant characters of the season, and she amassed a huge fanbase over the course of the season. However, she also had her fair share of people who disliked her.

'Survivor' Host Jeff Probst Reveals How 'Cambodia' Is Different From Other Returning Player Seasons

Considering she just played the game, Shirin will likely have a reputation for almost everyone else playing in Cambodia. Let's first look back at her history.

Shirin was a member of the White Collar tribe on Worlds Apart, where she quickly formed a bond with fellow "superfan" Max Dawson. Together they orchestrated the elimination of So Kim and proceeded to stay strong until the tribe swap. Along the way, fellow tribemates Carolyn Rivera, Joaquin Souberbielle and Tyler Fredrickson expressed their disdain for the pair.

When Max and Shirin became members of Nagarote with Carolyn, they assumed they had her as an alliance mate but they were wrong. Carolyn teamed up with the others and voted out Max. Left alone, Shirin tried to mend fences but had great difficulty integrating with her tribe. She made it to the merge and stayed loyal to Hali Ford, Jenn Brown and Joe Anglim.

Unfortunately, the rest of the tribe picked them off one by one. Shirin was involved in several ugly moments, including Dan Foley's various vicious comments towards her and Will Sims II bashing her personal life. Mike Holloway would ultimately come to Shirin's defense but this wasn't enough to save her as she was voted out in eighth place.

While many Survivor fans loved and continue to love Shirin for her spunky attitude and underdog status, there are others who feel she plays the victim too much. Essentially, if you're a fan of Survivor, you probably have an opinion on Shirin.

This may end up hurting her in Cambodia. She will likely be very excited to be playing with so many "all stars," particularly old school players like Kelly Wiglesworth and Jeff Varner and it's possible that her geeking out could become annoying to others. She is also hurt by the fact that she's not very good at challenges, which is a necessity in the early part of the game.

Shirin will likely be a target one way or another, which is why we don't see her making it far this time around.

Cambodia Prediction: We think Shirin will find difficulty finding a secure alliance, considering how few people wanted to work with her in Worlds Apart. And now that she has this reputation of being a superfan and a dynamic character, this just puts a greater target on her back. Unless she gets on a winning tribe, it is difficult to see her lasting very long. Ultimately, somebody has to be the first boot and unfortunately we think Shirin will be a strong candidate for this slot.

We predict: 20th place.
