He has been constantly trying to remove the person he sees as a huge threat to his marriage from the equation, but now, Will (Guy Wilson) may make a surprising move when it comes to Paul's (Christopher Sean) involvement in his and Sonny's (Freddie Smith) lives on Days of Our Lives.

Will Manipulates An Explosive Situation

Will was beginning to realize that some of his tactics to try and either get Paul to leave Salem permanently, or to make him appear in a different light to Sonny were all backfiring on him and potentially hurting his marriage more than his affairs did. However, after once again seeing Paul and Sonny together and seeming happy with one another, Will once again felt a need to confront the man he is now considering his enemy.

However, after Paul once again denies that he is trying to come between the married couple, Will may make a surprising and unexpected move. After a prior encounter, Paul called Will out for not being able to tell the difference between gay men who are interested in one another and ones who are simply friends--and now, following a suggestion from Marlena (Deidre Hall) to embrace the gay scene in Salem, he may surprise Paul by suggesting they try to be friends.

Will Schemes To Take Paul Down

Though Will will likely still have a hidden agenda to ensure that Paul does not pose a threat to his marriage, the move could be received nicely--and could be a positive step towards the help he and Sonny have needed. If Sonny believes Will is finally moving past the fact that he and Paul dated long ago, it could be what he needs to put his marriage back together once and for all.

Days of Our Lives airs Monday-Friday at 1 p.m. on NBC.
