The fourth annual Fashion's Night Out has returned this year with hundreds of stores participating throughout New York.Notable free performances inlcude 80's rocker Cyndi Lauper at shoe designer Manolo Blahnik's boutique and rapper Azealia Banks will perform live at the MAC Cosmetics store to push her limited-edition lipstick. Other celebrities expected to participate around the country include celebrity stylist/Bravo star Rachel Zoe, model Kate Upton, Victoria's Secret Alessandra Ambrosio; "Twilight" star Nikki Reed and several Housewives" reality stars at various locations.

Justin Bieber delighted his fans when he debuted his new tattoo on Twitter. The "Biebs" posted a self-portrait of himself posed on a faux fur-covered bed while topless with messy hair. Bieber captioned the picture: "new tattoo it's a crown if you couldnt tell". The 18-year-old posted the picture of the new artwork on his chest on Thursday, Aug. 31. The permanent ink job of a crown on his chest is his seventh tattoo.
