A-list actor Robert Downey Jr. reportedly sustained an ankle injury on the set of "Iron Man 3" on Tuesday, Aug. 14. In the midst of shooting the blockbuster superhero movie, Downey was said to be performing his own stunt when an unexpected scare allegedly occurred while filming on location in Wilmington, N.C., according to Vibe.
