On the heels of a sex tape scandal, Kanye West has decided to sit out presenting his fashion line during Paris Fashion Week. West will not be showing the spring/summer 2013 collection for his DW by Kanye West line this week. A publicist who works with the public relations agency Karlo Otto who has handled press for West's line, delivered the news to fashion trade publicationWWD. When asked if he was discontinuing the line, the publicist declined to answer.e
