Fans might want to enjoy new episodes of Reign while they're here because the end might come sooner than expected.

'Dare To Be Thrilled' In Third Season Of 'Reign'

The series is currently in its third season and unfortunately, it has not done too smoothly with viewers. According to Saturday's report from TV Line, the last episode drew in 930,000 viewers and a 0.2 rating. This means it dipped a tenth in the demo to a low.

As if that's not enough, last September, TV By The Numbers went through the ratings of current shows on The CW where Reign was at a tossup between cancellation and a renewal. While it could've been a 50/50 chance to keep the show going, this decrease in numbers is not helping.

The 100 is also at a place that's not so great. The Originals on the other hand is a lot more likely to stick around for a while.

Meanwhile, Adelaide Kane (Mary) previously spoke to Talk Nerdy With Us about how things have been changing in the English Court on the series.

"In the episodes, there's been a lot of friction with the English faction; that's been a really large plot in the last few episodes we've shot," Kane said earlier this fall. "We've had an English ambassador- played by Nick Lee- and it's been great having him there, having that to play off and to represent the interests of the English Court."

Reign airs on Fridays at 8 p.m. ET on The CW.
