Ben Stiller and Christine Taylor are back together!

With so much talk about couples having major fallouts, it is so exciting to hear about two people that are finding their way back to each other. Five years ago, Ben Stiller and his wife Christine Taylor announced that they were separating. However, according to an article on Spin Out West, this separation is coming to a close. Based on the site, they grew together again when the first lock-down began.

This was revealed in an interview with Esquire Magazine, that, due to the pandemic, Stiller moved back into the family home in order to see their children more consistently. He went on to explain that,

"Then, over the course of time, it evolved...We were separated and got back together and we're happy about that. It's been really wonderful for all of us. Unexpected, and one of the things that came out of the pandemic."

The pandemic also brought Stiller closer to his family in general. It really opened his eyes to the understanding that children are not looking for their parents to be successful. They are looking for their parents to be there.

"What I've learned is that your kids are not keeping score on your career...It would be solipsistic to think that my kids actually care about that. They just want a parent who's emotionally present and supportive of them. That's probably what they want more than...for me to be going off and pushing the bounds of my creativity."

Stiller has been working as a director on the new Apple TV+ series Severance starring Adam Scott. We can't wait to see it when it comes out of February 18th.
