Apollo Nida Jail: Phaedra Parks & Husband Split And Secretly Living Apart Amid Fraud Charges? [VIDEO, PHOTOS]
Rumor has it that The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Phaedra Parks and her husband Apollo Nida's marriage is on the rocks amid his facing serious fraud charges.
While neither Parks nor Nida has filed for separation or divorce, reports claim the couple is now living separately but keeping it a secret for the cameras and public.
According to Radar Online, Parks and Nida have been living two completely different lives for more than a month. While the site pointed out that the couple has not been pictured together since November of 2013, Parks shared a picture on Instagram of she and Nida along with her reality TV BFF Kandi Burruss, and Cynthia Bailey's husband Peter Thomas on Jan. 20.

She captioned the picture, "Awesome evening ant w/my sweetie..."
Parks also mentioned they were supporting Burruss' musical, titled Newsical, in New York City.
On Jan. 21 Nida uploaded a personal picture of himself and Parks on Instagram without a caption.
Just three days later on Jan. 24, Nida surrendered to Atlanta police for the fraud charges. The two have not been photographed together since.
As of now Parks also hasn't shared any pictures of Nida on Instagram but he still promotes the couple's fitness DVD Phine Body.
Nida is currently facing serious fraud charges for allegedly stealing victims' identities and using them to set up false businesses. His supposed scam raked in more than $3 million. His trial is set to begin on March 25.
