Joe Giudice is living it up in what could possibly be his last days as a free man for a long time; and he's doing it without his wife, Teresa Giudice.

While facing up to 27 months in jail, Joe, star of Bravo's The Real Housewives of New Jersey, was spotted partying at New York Nightclub Catch sans Teresa.

An eyewitness said, "He was clearly bombed. His face was red, and though he was wearing a suit, he looked disheveled."

While Joe might be leaning on partying to cope with the possibility of going to jail up to 46 months and being deported back to Italy, Teresa is having her own issues after the couple pleaded guilty to nine counts bank, wire, mail and bank fraud earlier this year. Teresa is facing up to 27 months in federal prison.

An insider revealed to In Touch Weekly that Teresa is dealing with the ordeal in a way much different than Joe. She is being a "prisoner" at home.

"Teresa is so depressed. She can't move forward. It's like purgatory."

One thing that Teresa and Joe are doing together is spending time with their family. The couple went to their daughter Audriana's dance recital Sunday. Teresa shared a picture of her and Joe with Audriana and their oldest daughter Gia on Instagram.

She added the caption, "At Audriana dance recital she did amazing on stage.. She said to me, Mommy I was not even nervous LOL..."

She posted a picture of Audriana solo as well with the caption, "My Little Dance Star❤️❤️❤️..."

Teresa and Joe are scheduled to be sentenced on July 8.
