Fans have been wondering if Chasing Life would get a renewal for a second season or not, and the main star revealed if she knows if that'll happen.

Chatter On Leo & April's Kiss On 'Chasing Life'

On Wednesday, the series' Facebook page posted a video with Italia Ricci, who plays April on the show, where a fan asked when she'll know if a second season will take place or not. Unfortunately, she doesn't know when she'll find out but she;s hoping for the best.

"I'm waiting and staring at the phone and hoping that we get a second season because I would love to make another season of this show for you guys," Ricci said. "Yeah, so fingers crossed."

The actress answered some more questions from fans, one of them including how she prepares for an emotional scene. It turns out that she uses her own share of music to help her get ready for some tearful moments.

"I have a playlist on my iPod that has songs that really make my heart not heavy, but they're emotional songs and they get a reaction out of me so I'm always on like the verge of crying," Riccis said. "And I feel bad for April and I feel for her in the scenes she's getting emotional in because our writers are so brilliant and my co-stars are so brilliant."

When Ricci was asked if she would choose Leo or Dominic, her response was, "I don't know!"

Chasing Life is expected to return this December on ABC Family.
