Once Upon a Time star Lana Parrilla recently spoke about how her character Regina will do now that Emma (Jennifer Morrison) has turned to the dark side.

Parrilla and her Once Upon a Time co-stars appeared together at Comic-Con this month where they were interviewed by Entertainment Tonight. In a new video posted this week featuring the cast, Parrilla answered questions about Regina's relationship with Emma in addition to her love life with Robin Hood (Sean Maguire).

Discussing if Regina would still want to save Emma, Parrilla said, "I think Regina really hates owing anyone anything. But for Emma absolutely and for everyone - she's gonna do everything she can with everyone, it's like Operation Emma, season 5."

How 'Once Upon a Time' Season 5 Will Be Like Season 1 Again

The new season is expected to pick up right where it left off in the season 4 finale. Emma sacrificed herself to the darkness, protecting the residents of Storybrooke. But this now means that Emma will turn into the Dark One, making her one of the more dangerous villains in the show's history.

As for Regina's love life, her sister Zelena (Rebecca Mader) is currently pregnant with Robin's baby, so things are complicated to say the least.

"I don't know, Sis, are you gonna screw it up for her?!" Parrilla jokingly asked Mader. "I think it's gonna be a bit challenging but I'm excited to be an auntie."

Once Upon a Time season 5 premieres Sunday, Sept. 27 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
