According to Vuilture on Friday, Dorfman's book will have a "tongue-in-cheek quality" that will show fans what exactly goes on behind the scenes during a Bachelor show. Titled "It's Not Okay," it's supposed to be a satirical self-help book for "women who aspire to marry a man for money, and then write a book about it."

"I didn't share a lot of stuff and I feel like we, as women, don't share a lot of bad emotions that are associated with breakups and this book kind of defies that," Dorfman told People. "It's like, you know what? I did it. I did every good, bad, ugly, sad, crazy, psychotic thing that women do. I'm like, here it is - we all do it. I am proof that we all do it."
