Meghan Trainor has been having plenty of vocal cord problems resulting in hemorrhaging that has led to her canceling the rest of The MTrain Tour.

Last month, Trainor had to cancel some dates due to her vocal cord problems after being advised by doctors to be "on complete vocal rest."

Then on Jul. 13 the 21-year-old was given the go ahead to resume her tour. She celebrated with an Instagram video of herself "riding around the house" on her new Mohawk.

Meghan Trainor Thinks Adam Levine Doesn't Like Her? She seemed to be doing great, but on Tuesday she took to Instagram to announce the cancellation of the remainder of the tour since her vocal cord problems flared up again.

She revealed she took all the proper precautions to assure her vocal cords would be fine, but she got bronchitis and all the coughing led to her hemorrhaging her vocal cords once more.

"Sadly, I will need to cancel the remainder of my tour and get surgery to finally fix this once and for all," the singer dished, while admitting she's "devastated, scared, and so sorry."

She also posted an Instagram message for her supporting acts from the tour, Charlie Puth and Life of Dillon, apologizing for cutting their time together so short.

"[Y]ou guys put on great shows every night with big smiles and I will be forever grateful that you were a part of this experience, even though it was cut too soon," Trainor divulged. It totally stinks that the tour had to be cancelled, but Trainor's health is super important and her Megatronz along with everyone involved in the tour are understanding of that. Puth and the Life of Dillon guys all sent well wishes her way. "[T]his break is a blessing in disguise and you will come back stronger," Puth insisted, while also rallying the Megatronz to trend the hashtag "#WeLoveYouMeghan".

The Life of Dillon guys shared a photo with Trainor from tour and hope it'll be able to happen again in the future. They even told her to get her ping-pong game going since they'll "be practicing."

Trainor is in good spirits, even sharing a fan-made video, wishing her well in her journey ahead.

We hope your surgery goes well, Meghan!
