Actress Amy Schumer played a hilarious and witty woman in her latest hit film Trainwreck, but after a fan tweeted her something pretty interesting, she showed that she’s just as sassy and hilarious as her character.

The now infamous tweet compared Schumer to the ancient The American Gothic woman and said they have got to be related somehow. The fan made it clear they weren’t trying to be disrespectful, but Schumer wanted to see what all of the fuss was about. So she tapped none other than famous actor, J.K. Simmons to help her re-enact the photo.

She sits stale-faced while Simmons holds a fork in his hand.

As for if fans thought there was some similarity, it’s safe to say they agree with the fan.

In Schumer’s latest role on Trainwreck she played a woman who doesn't believe in monogamy thanks to her father’s advice when she was a little girl. But everything changes for her when she meets one man who might be the one to help her settle down for good.
