Meri Brown has come after Sister Wives fans who have been attacking Robyn, but now, it appears Kody is the target of criticism.

Meri Blasts Those Attacking Robyn On Social Media

The Brown family patriarch did a recent interview with The Las Vegas Review-Journal where he talked about the safe haven the city has been for the family, who moved there a few years ago to escape facing bigamy prosecution in Utah, but some of his comments have caused backlash on the article itself.

During the interview, Brown was asked what he liked to do whenever he wanted a night out-and he talked about how rare it was he left the cul-de-sac where his family all lives in a series of homes, but did reveal what he liked to do when he had the chance to leave.

Are Meri, Christine and Janelle Faking Happiness?

"Sometimes, I feel like I'm a prisoner of the cul-de-sac. I work all day with my family, then if I'm tired, I sit down and I rest there. And I don't really get out of the house much," he said. "But when I do wanna get away, once in a while it's a movie. I guess one of the things that would surprise you about Vegas, if I was to backtrack a little bit, is when you go to a casino to eat and to see a movie and to shop, you're not really going to a casino. You're really just going to a business area that just happens to have a casino in it."

However, those commenting on the article criticized Brown later, with one blasting how he actually interacted with fans whenever he was out-and hinting he played favorites with his wives by only being out with one of them.

"90 percent of the time I see him out, he's with Robyn only. I used to see him at Centennial football games before his son quit the sport," one fan wrote. "Very unapproachable, will not make eye contact. I think he gets off on the attention people seem to give him and his 4 heffers. The how has been good to them. They went from being paupers to having 4 huge houses in the same cul-de-sac, all paid for by the network. I guess if people will watch the Kartrashians, they'll watch just about anything."

Sister Wives season 6 premieres on Sunday, Sept. 13 at 9 p.m. on TLC.
