'Teen Mom 2' Star Jenelle Evans Takes In New York Fashion Week Amid Custody Battle Reports

After months of drug allegations, financial struggles, breakups and makeups, the sixth season of the reality show has reached the end of its current run, and on Thursday, Sept. 24, the Teen Mom 2 season six finale will air on MTV.

During the upcoming episode, fans will see several notable moments in the lives of the cast members, including Leah Messer's return home from treatment and the end of Jenelle Evans' engagement.

Although MTV hasn't yet revealed teaser clips for each girl, as they typically do right after the new episodes, the latest of which aired last night, a teaser clip was seen at the end of the show on Thursday.

In the clip, Messer is seen getting a big hug from her youngest daughter, Adalynn, as she exits an airport terminal, as well as a hug from her twins, Ali and Aleeah, in the parking lot. Then, Chelsea Houska's boyfriend, Cole, is seen moving into her home.

Meanwhile, Kailyn Lowry continues to feud with her ex-boyfriend, Jo Rivera, over child support, and Evans' then-fiance, Nathan Griffith, tells her he's leaving her after she confronts him about going to the police in regard to an alleged assault during the episode prior.

Teen Mom 2 season six airs Thursdays at 10 p.m. on MTV.
