She has been desperately clinging to any mechanism she can to make sure the truth about Jake's (Billy Miller) real identity as Jason is kept a secret so she can keep her relationship with him, and now Elizabeth (Rebecca Jerbst) could make her most dramatic move yet on General Hospital.  

Sonny Believes Jake Is Jason

She has felt endless amounts of guilt about keeping the truth that Jake is Jason Morgan from his actual wife, Sam (Kelly Monaco), as well as those who considered Jason to be family, like Carly (Laura Wright), Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Michael (Chad Duell)--but she is still determined to make sure she gets to have the family with him she never did before.

Now, she will make her biggest move yet to ensure she can find a way to keep Jason for good-and as Jake, so no one will become suspicious, by suggesting they move forward with their wedding plans at full speed.

"Maybe it's time we set a date," she suggests to Jake in a preview clip for the Wednesday, September 23 episode.

Though she is making whatever moves she possibly can to try and move things along and ensure she has Jason firmly in her grasp, the nagging presence he has on everyone else's lives still continues to haunt them-and with her one-time wedding anniversary to him arriving, Sam is having a particularly hard time right now letting go of the memories of a life with him-which is hurting her relationship with Patrick (Jason Thompson).

"I can't stop thinking about Jason," she says to him in the clip.

General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 3 p.m. on ABC.
