After years of feuding on and off with her former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills co-star, Kim Richards, Vanderpump spoke out in her defense after a fan accused her of being "drunk" while celebrating her birthday with Kyle Richards at PUMP Lounge in West Hollywood, Calif.

After sharing the above photo, a fan made a shocking accusation against Richards, which Vanderpump quickly shot down.

While Richards has faced a number of hardships this year, including a public intocixation arrest and one for shoplifting, as well, she appeared to be doing well over the weekend, when she celebrated her 51st birthday with friends and family members in Los Angeles. On Saturday, Richards reunited with Kyle after months of tension, and the following evening, she spent time with her other sister, Kathy Hilton, and her ex-husband, Monty Brinson.

Richards also celebrated her birthday with her children, Brooke Brinson, and Whitney and Chad Davis.
