Who will end Haven?

Haven Season 5: Three New Title Revealed, Nathan On Trial?

That's the question posed by Syfy's first trailer for Haven season 5B, and the tease puts an ominous twist on the series' final run. Haven is indeed coming to a close, but it appears the program's finale could put an end to the supernaturally afflicted town as well.

From the tenor of the promo, Haven's ultimate fate might be in the hands of a new shadowy figure. With a silhouette akin to Captain Kirk's, this mysterious interloper is none other than William Shatner.

'Haven' Cancelled: Syfy Give Series the Ax, Will Finale Satisfy?

The sci-fi icon's role is still tightly under wraps, but TV Line claims the actor will stick around for at least four episodes. What is clear, however, is that Shatner couldn't pick a more volatile time to make his debut.

According to the promo, Duke apparently has a fiery new skill, one that may have ties to the Guard symbol; Nathan is more than a little pissed and he's taking it out on a few innocent files; Audrey is seeing a Mara-esque figure in the mirror; and Dwight is packing enough fire power to take down a small army.
