Vicki Gunvalson was in Los Angeles on Thursday, where she filmed the season 10 reunion for The Real Housewives of Orange County.

After what was certainly a long day of filming, Gunvalson, who has been with the series since it began back in 2006, enjoyed a night out with her friends at Mr. Chow restaurant in Beverly Hills, Calif.
"Thanks ladies for taking me to dinner tonight," Gunvalson captured an Instagram photo, which featured herself, her daughter, Briana Culberson, and a few friends. "What a shocking season finale. Glad it's over. Time to move on to a bigger and brighter future. Love you girls."

Prior to filming, Gunvalson addressed allegations of having lied about attending the cancer appointments of her former boyfriend, Brooks Ayers.

Gunvalson and Ayers have been dealing with "fake cancer" rumors throughout the 10th season of The Real Housewives of Orang County. So, the topic of Ayers' health surely came up during filming on the reunion, and will hopefully give fans the answers they've been wanting all season long.
