Meghan King Edmonds Is 'Desperate' For A Story Line On 'RHOC,' Claims Vicki Gunvalson

Days after Ayers threatened to sue Edmonds due to her allegations that he's faking his stage 3 Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma diagnosis, Edmonds reacted to the news.

"I am waiting patiently on my official documents that I'm being sued," Edmonds told PEOPLE Magazine on Friday. "I already got one letter threatening to sue if I don't comply with his requests, including one to issue a formal public apology."

According to Edmonds, the legal letter sent to her by Ayers' attorney gave her a deadline to respond to the lawsuit threats, and although that day has come and gone, she isn't at all worried about her co-star's legal action against her.

"I didn't respond on purpose, because he's full of crap and doesn't have a case. So now I'm waiting to be sued," Edmonds explained. "He won't. He knows he's a liar and he's pissed off at me and made a feeble attempt to intimidate me into not talking. When really, it's so ridiculous I simply laughed it off. He doesn't have the balls to sue me."
