Keyshia Cole and Daniel Gibson have been pretty quiet after their beef Instagram put them in the center of headlines earlier this year. But now Gibson is speaking out amid rumors that they are reconciling their marriage.

Cole filed for divorce from Gibson back in 2013 but the two are still legally married and have been speculated to be getting back together, despite their public feuds.

Gibson made an appearance on The Breakfast Club morning radio show recently and gave fans an update on him and Cole’s current status.

“It’s actually beautiful. We went through… it’s been a long process. But right now we are both in a great space and we understand the most important thing is [our son] little D. We are trying to get rid of all the extra. We are focused on him and our careers.”

He went on to tell fans don’t be fooled by their rants against each other on social media.

“At the end of the day, she’s still a friend. Even though we fight, we call each other whatever on Instagram, at the end of the day, when all that went down, I still hold her down.”

While their divorce is not yet final, they are still in the separated phase as of right now.

The two wed back in 2011. Fans got a look into their personal lives when they had a reality series on BET called Keyshia & Daniel: Family First. He still makes appearances on Cole’s on show, All In that just wrapped up a season.
