The series' lead has passed each if her Academy tests with flying colors, but Sunday's hostage crisis will push the trainee to her limits. To prepare viewers for "Kill," showrunner Josh Safran has dished out a few teasers.

"I would just say that Alex, in light of the revelations about her father at Quantico, faces her darkest moment yet," Safran teased, according to Entertainment Weekly. "She's going to be tested. It's probably our most Alex-centric episode so far. I mean, they're all Alex-centric, but we really shine a light on her and her psyche and who she wants to be."

Is Alex's (Priyanka Chopra) father really the hero Liam (Josh Hopkins) has made him out to be? It's a question that will undoubtedly haunt her for quite sometime, and hopefully "Kill" will shed some light on the situation.

"At Quantico, the recruits are tasked with performing a hostage rescue training exercise that shakes Alex, making her question her ability and whether she should quit Quantico," ABC teased. "While in the future, Alex continues to search for clues, finding one that questions the innocence of one of her closest classmates. But is her clue really what she thinks? No one is who they seem."

Quantico airs Sundays at 10 p.m. ET on ABC.
