Earlier this month, a video of a crying three-year-old girl went viral after the child's mother told her that Levine was married. This caused the girl to scream, sob and deny that her celebrity crush had a wife (Levine is married to supermodel Behati Prinsloo).

But this week, the singer decided to do something extra generous for his big fan.

The girl named Mila and her mother, Emily, made an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show to discuss how this video got made. The talk show host also humored Mila plenty of times asking if Levine was her boyfriend and if she's ever talked to him. She even gave Mila a little outfit with her "boyfriend's" pictures all over.

DeGeneres gave the child a second present as well- a surprise visit from Levine, himself, who showed up in the studio to greet Mila- he even brought out a pink flower for her.

Mila was caught off guard, but she graciously took the flower and her crush even picked her up and gave Emily a hug.

The group then sat down when Mila got a little shy and sat with her mom. Levine then discussed the viral video saying it was "heartbreaking" and every single person he knows sent it to him. The first person to send it happened to be his wife.
