Chatter On Rayna's Partnership With Another Singer On 'Nashville'

As the two grieve over the death of Beverly, Deacon brings Scarlett home as she looks wasted out of her mind. She admits that she's drunk and says that it doesn't matter how low she puts herself at since her uncle is going to judge her in whatever choice she makes.

But at the same time, Scarlett doesn't mind if Deacon throws blame on her because she already puts a bunch of blame on herself for walking away from her mother and letting her become the person she was when all the drama went down.

Juliette Makes A Threatening Phone Call On 'Nashville'

Deacon says that he's actually the one who walked away first as he left his sister there.

"So I know how you feel," he tells his niece.

This hits Scarlett like a bullet who breaks down and mentions that she's the one who pulled the plug and had to be there for her mom's final moments. Deacon wasn't the one who had to deal with that and experience something as frightening as she did.

Scarlett gets more of her angry feelings out by telling Deacon that he wasn't supportive or helpful when she had to make the big decision of letting Beverly meet her fate. She tells Deacon that he is a "selfish, selfish person."
