Kim Kardashian Fake Baby Bump: Reality Star Finally Feels Comfortable About Her Pregnancy [VIDEO]
Kim Kardashian has made it no secret that she's had a rocky pregnancy so far, but thankfully she has friends and family who are willing to go the distance to help make her feel comfortable. There's a new report that says Kardashian's birthday guests wore "fake baby bumps" to help her feel a little bit better about her current pregnant state.

According to Xpose on Thursday, her husband Kanye West planned the entire surprise, which also included a special screening of Steve Jobs, starring Michael Fassbender.
Kardashian took to her Twitter account to thank her rapper husband by saying, "He [Kanye] rented out the entire movie theater to screen the new Steve Jobs movie (it's soooooooo good btw). He had all of my family & close friends come dressed up as their best pregnant Kim look (fake baby bumps provided on arrival!) (sic).'"
What's more, Kardashian said she also loved the fact that everyone in her inner circle joined in on the pregnant theme, while also having a good laugh about it, too.
She added, "Not sure if that was to make me feel less huge or just a fun cool theme but I loved it & had the best time ever! Feeling so very comfortable eating churros with a bunch of pregnant women! Just what I needed, the perfect chill yummy food birthday!!!! (sic).''
One person who was not at the special party though was her sister Khloe, who continues to be by Lamar Odom's bedside as he is struggling to recover from a three-day drug binge at a Nevada-area brothel last week.
